2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of checkout to confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

    • The product is unavailable,

    • Payment is not successfully processed,

    • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available.

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote and rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders. No minimum order value is required.

  • Once dispatched, UniTattva is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • At present, UniTattva does not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos) for a replacement or refund consideration.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen differences or handmade processes.

  • UniTattva reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs—is the intellectual property of UniTattva.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • UniTattva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Panjab, India].
