The story of UniTattva began in a kitchen filled with memories — where the aroma of freshly roasted spices once lingered through generations.

Deepti Garg, a lecturer by profession and a home cook by heart, grew up watching her grandmother handpick, roast, and grind spices with love. Those moments left a lasting impression — of warmth, authenticity, and the unmatched flavor that only tradition can create.

Years later, when Deepti searched for that same essence in modern spice mixes, she found something missing — the soul.
Guided by her mother’s wisdom and inspired by her grandmother’s legacy, she began experimenting in her own kitchen, rediscovering what made those flavors truly magical — the patience, the purity, and the emotional connection behind every blend.
