At Unitattva, we take great care in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Since we sell Indian Spices, most of our items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Non-Returnable Products

  • All products sold on our store are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the issue) is mandatory for any exchange request.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as delivered.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours via call or WhatsApp at +91 82890 48538.

  2. Share your order details and unboxing video.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange of the same product.

  4. Exchange shipping charges: ₹49 (paid by customer).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • To cancel, please call or WhatsApp us.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

  • Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • A ₹49 restocking/return fee applies to all exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the product when returning for exchange.
